Our number one priority is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy, that means we are too.
However, ALL firearms sales are final. From the date of delivery for anything other than firearms, your product has a 30 day money back guarantee. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of accepting your product order, Comanche Creek Armory shall accept a return of the product and will replace it with immediately providing the item is in stock.
RETURNS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do accept direct product exchanges from 3rd party vendors that are official verified dealers or vendors.
Customer is responsible for the packing of all returned items, which should be placed into a suitable wrapping and shipping container.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a completed Return/Exchange Form(included form with every purchase). All returned items must be returned in full, which includes all accessories that were included.
Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of seller’s error. Comanche Creek Armory is not responsible for lost shipments on items being returned.
Exchanges
We will gladly replace items, except firearms, if they are defective or damaged. However we do not exchange one-of-a-kind items or products(i.e. personalized items). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at brooks@comanchecreekarmory.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We can’t accept items for return that were not purchased directly from Comanche Creek Armory or a verified dealer or vender. If an item is missing a product label we can’t accept it for return without a receipt.
